Multi-threaded outreach list from an ICP description

I'm {{{{your_role}} }} at {{your_company}}, selling {{your_offer}}. My ideal customer: {{icp_description — industry, size, location, anything distinctive}}.

First, use Hunter Discover to find {{number_of_companies}} companies matching that profile. Show me the list with a one-line reason each and let me remove any bad fits.

Then build a 2-recipient contact plan per company: [steps 1–4 identical to version one]

Finish with the same table and offer to save to a lead list.

Multi-threaded outreach list from your companies

I'm {{your_role}} at {{{{your_company}},}} reaching out about {{your_offer_or_reason}}. Here are my target companies: {{company_list_or_hunter_list_url}}.

For each company, use Hunter to build a 2-recipient contact plan. Research shows contacting 2–3 people at a company roughly doubles the odds of a reply, so:

  1. Run a domain search and pick the best-fit named person for my offer — prefer a relevant non-executive (manager or individual contributor) over the CEO; non-executive pairs reply twice as often as executive pairs.
  2. Add the company's generic inbox (info@, contact@, office@) as the second recipient if one exists — it outperforms a second named person because it gets forwarded internally.
  3. If there's no generic inbox, add a second named person from a different department than the first — cross-department pairs beat same-department pairs.
  4. Never exceed 3 recipients per company, and verify every address, dropping risky ones — bounces hurt my sender reputation.

Give me a table: company, recipient 1 (name, title, email, why them), recipient 2 (email, why), and confidence. Then ask if I want the contacts saved to a Hunter lead list.

Build your meeting list before the event

I'm going to {{event_name}} and this is the exhibitor list: {{company_list}}. For each company, run a Domain Search and pull one contact in {{job_titles}} with a verified email address. I want meetings in the calendar before I arrive, so draft a two-line note per contact that mentions the event and asks for 15 minutes there.

Turn a Discover search into a monthly list engine

Save my Discover search for {{ideal_customer_profile}} in Hunter under the name {{search_name}}. Whenever I ask you to run it from now on, rerun the saved search, check the results against my Hunter company list {{list_name}}, and show me only the companies that aren't in it yet. New companies enter my market every month, and this way I catch them without rebuilding the filters each time.
